Metallic Glitter Liquid Lipstick & Negative Space Liner Tutorial

I had to break out some fall colors.  This metallic glitter liquid lipstick look though…oo girl.  I know I gave a pretty glowing of the Kat Von D Glimmer veils in my first impressions video last week but let me tell you…I haven’t stopped loving them.  They are very similar in concept to the urban decay lip toppers that came out earlier this year but the formula is a little nicer in my opinion…although I still do like those.  I might have to break those out again soon.
